Meet the officers who lead, teach and administer the Air Force War College, Nigeria — drawn from decorated operational and academic backgrounds across the Armed Forces.
As Commandant, AVM Mbaka provides overall leadership and direction to the College, overseeing the Headquarters, Directorate of Studies, College Secretariat and Support Wing. He serves as a member of the College Board, working alongside the Chief of the Air Staff and Chief of Training to guide the strategic direction of Nigeria's highest professional military training institution.

Heading the Directorates and Secretariat that run the College's academic and administrative functions.
Leads the Directorate of Studies, overseeing curriculum delivery, syndicate coordination and the academic programme of the War Course.
Heads the College Secretariat, coordinating administrative operations in support of the Commandant and Directorate of Studies.
Coordinates inter-directorate activity across the College while serving as a member of the Directing Staff.
Oversees the administrative wing of the College, supporting participant welfare and day-to-day operations.
Drawn from across the Armed Forces to teach, mentor and coordinate syndicate discussions throughout the War Course.
