Three Directorates run the academic, coordination and administrative functions of the College, each headed by a senior officer reporting to the Commandant.
Responsible for the academic heart of the College — curriculum delivery, syndicate coordination, and the War Course's programme of instruction.
Oversees delivery of the War Course curriculum across all 4 phases and 9 modules, coordinates lecture scheduling, and manages syndicate group discussions and assessments.
Ensures academic standards are maintained, manages the College Library and Works Production Centre, and coordinates guest lectures from subject matter experts.
Coordinates inter-directorate activity, participant affairs, exercises, and the College's programme of tours and visits.
Coordinates syndicate exercises, joint field exercises, and the College's internal, regional and geo-strategic study tours and visits.
Manages participant affairs, peace operation studies coordination, and the Works Production Centre's support for exercises and syndicate output.
Oversees the administrative wing of the College, supporting participant welfare, logistics and day-to-day operations.
Manages administrative operations of the College, including logistics support, staff welfare, and coordination with the College Secretariat.
Oversees the Support Wing (Group Captain and below), general administration, and logistics for participants and Directing Staff.
